By using this website or engaging X-Landscaping for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

X-Landscaping provides residential and commercial lawn care, mulching, trimming, leaf removal, edging, and snow plowing services in Schuylkill, Northumberland, Northern Dauphin, and Northern Lebanon counties in Pennsylvania. Service availability is subject to weather, scheduling, and geographic coverage at our discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All written estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions discovered at time of service. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any schedule change or cancellation. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Outstanding balances beyond 30 days may incur a late fee.

Liability

X-Landscaping is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utility damage where lines were not properly marked, or outcomes resulting from conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for marking irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, and any known underground hazards prior to service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
